Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • Milk of choice - semi-skimmed / almond / oat
  • Happy Hours Peanut Butter Date Blend 
  • 3/4 table spoon chia seeds

Toppings (optional)

  • Sliced banana, strawberries, or raspberries
  • Flaxseed meal or additional chia seeds
  • Granola

Mix all the ingredients in a jar/bowl and set in the refrigerator overnight. Top it up with extra peanut butter, fresh fruits, and granola the next day!
